Advance scheduling gives us the best opportunity to coordinate your preferred pickup time. Recurring rides can also be arranged for treatments such as dialysis or therapy.
Do you provide wheelchair-accessible transportation?+
Yes. National Transit provides wheelchair-accessible transportation with appropriate securement and passenger assistance.
Can a family member or personal care attendant ride along?+
A companion or care attendant may ride when space and trip arrangements allow. Include that information when requesting your ride.
Do you provide emergency transportation?+
No. National Transit provides non-emergency transportation only. Call 911 for an emergency or a condition requiring immediate medical attention.
